Come Worship with Us!

Worship services are held:

• Saturday at 5:30 p.m., and
• Sunday at 9:00 a.m.

with Holy Communion on the 1st and 3rd weekends of every month. The people of Newport Lutheran Church are a friendly and welcoming congregation. Guests are always invited.

Services include a children's message with the sermon and praise through song. Some weekends include a hymn-sing of favorites volunteered by members and guests in attendance.

On Sundays,

• Nursery services are available for small children
• Sunday School begins following worship
• Coffee hour is also held in the Fireside Room immediately after worship with fresh coffee, pastry or treats, and friendly conversation

Special events are occasionally held during coffee hour that have included guest speakers or visits from representatives of our companion congregation in Kimala. Our annual talent show displays award-winning handmade items from church members, with live entertainment from others, and includes samples of work from the woodcarvers of Newport.
